Also, does anyone know of a reasonable current daily global demand of oil in bbls/day?How are Middle Eastern Oil reserves calculated? How much OIL do they really have?
Ref #1: All reserves are calculated by the same method - very carefully. The art involved differs greatly and not everybody tells the same truth for their own reasons.
Ref #2: BP does a very good job of maintaining basic numbers on supply and demand worldwide from their home site.
